Our intensive recovery programs are suitable for persons who are:

• Between 13 and 18 years of age (Adolescent program)
• Between 18 and 30 years of age (Adult program)
• Having problems controlling use of digital media and have not been successful at change on their own
• Likely experiencing co-occurring problems such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, or social anxiety, etc.
• Committed to discovering a healthier lifestyle free from problematic use
