Fall City Washington

Just outside of the Seattle metropolitan area sits historic Fall City, Washington with its sprawling luxury estates, historical homes and rural farmsteads. The latest settlers to this quaint suburban community are digital natives living and working near the tech industry giants of the Northwest--Microsoft, Nintendo of America, and other IT darlings.

Ironically, land use development has skipped over the Fall City area (for a number of reasons) making it a prime place to host a technology based recovery center. Across the highway one can receive WiMax (Clearwire--an over the air Internet service), but not on this side of the highway. In addition, the large expansive properties make it difficult to "steal" bandwith from neighbors as the connection is too weak for users to connect. All things to consider when helping technology users moderate their use.
