All appointments are for medication management plus therapy. All sessiona are 1 hour in duration. The hourly rate is $220 for the first appointment, and $160 per appointments thereafter. Contracted with Blue Cross, Health Plus, Regence, First Choice, Group Health, Aetna, UMP. Dr. Holiday is typically a month or more out when booking appointments.
