Shipping Limits: We ship anywhere in the continental United States.

Customer Guarantee: If you are not happy with a product ordered from Heavensfield, please send it back and we'll refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping and handling costs).

Return Policy: At any time, you may return your product if you are not satisfied or due to the slim chance of breakage. All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You may retrun an item for refund within 7 days of the shipment date for the purchase price. Shiping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip.

You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
