The reSTART Internet Addiction Recovery Program is designed to help launch tech dependent youth and adults back into real life interactions. Our individually tailored program assits individuals with an Internet and/or computer based behavioral problem break the cycle of dependency. Our 45-day abstinence based program provides participants with a variety of activities and everyday life skills which are often avoided or underdeveloped as a result of excessive ongoing computer, video game play and Internet use.
At reSTART, we understand that problematic Internet and gaming use often co-occurs with other mental health conditions. Our program is set up to address a wide variety of underlying issues which may contribute to excessive Internet use (e.g., family problems, divorce, childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, etc.) by connecting individuals with integrative community service providers knowledgeable in theses areas during a stay at the center.
